Where do you ship to?

We send items nationwide across Australia. The exception is our fresh and larger dried floral arrangements, which currently can only be delivered within the Southwest WA.

 

When will my order be sent? 

If you order before 10am Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed after 10am it will be dispatched on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

What are your delivery options? 

We currently have three delivery options at check out:

Standard Shipping (2 - 7 business days)

Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Same Day Delivery for postcodes 6280 and 6281. Please get in touch if your delivery location is in the southwest but outside of these areas.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over $150, excluding fresh and dried floral arrangements.

 

How can I track my delivery? 

Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel on it's way to your giftee!

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes? 

Not at this point in time, unfortunately.

 

Collect in Store 

Online orders can be collected from our Vasse Studio. If you require same day/exact day pickup please contact us before you place your order to ensure this can be done for you.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Delivery locations

Blush + Bloom deliver to Dunsborough 6281 and Busselton 6280.

Please get in touch to request a quote if your delivery location is outside the Busselton area.

 

Cut off times

We offer same-day delivery on orders placed prior to 10am (or unless we sell out prior).

 

Delivery times

Blush + Bloom delivers between 10am and 5pm Tuesday to Saturday.

We are unable to give you an exact delivery time, your preferred times are noted but not guaranteed.

If you need to arrange an early delivery prior to 10am please contact the store in advance (at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery). We will advise if this is possible prior to placing your order online.

 

Change to delivery information

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email hello@blushandbloom.net.au or phone. Phone hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 3pm.

In the event of a change of delivery address, same-day delivery is not guaranteed. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs to ensure prompt delivery or organise pick-up from our floral studio in Vasse where possible.

 

Delivery costs

Standard delivery fee for Busselton suburbs is $15.00 and Dunsborough is $20.00.

If you need to have you’re your order re-delivered due to failed delivery, you will need to pay $15.00 (Busselton) or $20 (Dunsborough) standard delivery fee.

 

Business deliveries

Deliveries will be left at main reception or security for collection. Make sure the receiver will be at work on that day prior to ordering.

 

Residential deliveries

If there is no answer, the delivery will be left by the door in a cool shady spot.

 

Hospitals

Deliveries will be left at the main reception for staff/nurses to pass on.

 

Aged care facilities

Any deliveries going to an Aged Care Facility will be left at the reception for staff to distribute.

 

Failed deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery, same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

Blush + Bloom will be in contact with the person sending the order via text and email in these circumstances arrange redelivery or collection from the Vasse studio at the next available day and time. If the order needs to be resent this will incur a re-delivery fee of $15.00 Busselton or $20 Dunsborough.

 

Pre-ordering and collection from the studio

We highly recommend pre ordering your flowers or gifts online to avoid missing out.

If you wish to pick up your order please pre order online and use the calendar to select a pick up or delivery date.
